Yeah baby! Just talked to Bentley, and they have a 6 week satisfaction guarantee so my CD is going to take a little trip back to Massachusetts.
As if getting my $99 back wasnt good enough, they told me that a hardcopy manual is currently scheduled to be released in the spring, with tentative pricing at $100.
Life is good.

That's cool. I don't really like mine either, and I don't understand why I can't use it on my
laptop, I guess it needs an active internet conncetion to register everytime or something. It just plain sux when I have to run back and forth to print the stuff I need when I work on my car.

What they should do is have the manual in hardcopy and then a search site online
so that one can look up a topic accross the whole manual. So once you have the references, you write/print and take it and the manual out to the car. Or if you are like me with wireless, you take your laptop out to the car and let the manual get dirty instead of your laptop.
