Would you consider this? If so, how high would you go?
silent car auction at work for some vehicles leased via the company to execs.
The one that caught my eye was a 1998 Corvette
41k miles
Minimum bid = $23,000
removable hardtop
6 speed manual
5.7l v8
leather interior
Worth putting a bid in on it?
I could either sell my '01 a4 -w- 10k miles on it and keep this for a few years. Or I could just turn around and sell this. My guess is that it would go for @$28-$30k. Maybe I'd lowball @$25k assuming I get lucky. I am not interesting in paying 'market' price, but if I get a 'steal deal' I think it would be worth it.
