Would you fellow Bostonians recommend Pass & Weiss for service?
I usually go to IRA but it's a hike for me. Pass & Weiss is only one mile away from work. Thanks for your feedback.

Only one thing I didn't like there ...
They do not give you a loaner! You have to rent a car and it's 35 dollars / day.
Other than that, they are very friendly and polite and they do their job well.
Oh, one more thing: make sure all the documents are updated when you pick the car. And I mean the service record!
