It's not very often you get a good indepth explanation of the differences between Koni and Bilstein shocks. But Greg@Neuspeed does a great job here detailing the differences.

the thing that originally atracted me to bilsteins....
is the fact that you can't machanicly bottom a bilstein because of the gas chamber. this is really important with the road conditions we have in N.H. bilsteins have been my shock of choice since i first put a set on a 73 ford capri in 1976
