during the service? or the "wash"? If you care about your paint, never let a dealer wash your car.

They offered to have their detail guy work on the scratches IF I brought it back the next day... like I don't have a job to be at.
I know my **** with the buffer and polishes so I'd rather do it myself.

that customer service-oriented businesses can't seem to get it through their heads that their business depends on keeping their customers happy. I can't imagine what they would've done if you'd had to take your car there for a coilpack replacement.

I didn't notice the lack of light until I got onto some back roads getting to my place. So, I pulled over, and sure enough, the light isn't projecting correctly.

So, I take the car back, find the advior that helped me and he said there was nothing he could do since the techs left for the day. (this was another after work stop by without an appt., but calling first)

He walks out to my car to take a look and we start talking.... then, he leans back and putting a lot of weight onto the hood and then puts his hand on the hood. My eyes got huge and I gave him this odd look. He looks behind him as if someone was coming towards us, but then looks back at me and figures out that I don't like what he's doing to my car. He gets up and says: "Sorry, I can't help you with your light". and walks off. As far as I could tell, there was no damage. But, once I did a detailing day, there were a few scratches on the hood that come back when the glaze/wax is low or gone. Also, now that it's cold out, my hood rattles a little right at the spot that he sat on it.

The problem: the tech put the bulb in up-side-down.
