"Right front marker light" w/ "ding, ding, ding" ......
... happened once a few weeks ago, but never happened again. WTF?
BTW, the right front marker is ok.
Anyone else see this?

It's a loose connection. Had it happen several times.
Sometimes it's out, and sometimes it's OK again. This last time, they replaced the socket. They believed that the original socket would not hold onto the bulb tight enough.
Of course they also blame me for taking the highway at Mach 1 speeds! =)

It has happened to me about half a dozen times, except on the left. It seems to happen only when the car is washed or when it rains. I had service department look at it, but it continued to happen even after they claimed to have fixed it.

Left front blinker went out.....washing the car temporarily fixed it.
Dealer replaced bulb socket under warranty. He seemed to know exactly what it was so, it must be a common problem. It has worked fine since then.

The only time it happened, I had just started my car the first time that day - in the garage,
... in the morning, so rain shouldn't be a factor.
As for the accompanying sound, maybe it was "ting, ting , ting"!
