Send the request via registered letter. Usually wakes them up.
Since it is really a European based company, they don't always report to local credit agencies. If purchasing another VW or Audi, the dealer can always access the info though.

My FICO went down 45 points in 3 months (more)
And the only activity on my credit report was my car loan from Ford Motor Co. being paid off. My Audi loan is not shown. The only inference I can make is that a long-standing car loan with zero late payments helps your score.
