Default 18" rims

1. I want to get rims come spring time, and I want something simple and flat, nothing with curves. Something like the RS rims that euro dan has. No chorome, only gun metal like the sport rims. Could you guys post some pics and maybe the price if you have it, thanks in advance.

2. How is the ride quality with 18's and the sport suspension?

Default RS II 8 x 18 for A4

I just got off the sales manager from the dealership I bought my car from. I was calling to order the RS II 8 x 18's (found on the audi website). The guy would have had a $4,000 sale between the rims and tires but convinced me to go for the 17's. He said you lose comfort & stability with the 18's, and have the constant fear of bending them on a pothole, or the curb... I went with the 17's.

In terms of stability, 18" is just as good as 17". I don't get the reason why larger wheel lose stability than 17". You soon will regret not go for 18" or larger. BTW, 17" won't help either if u hit the curb.
