Default 2003 Quattro 3.0l automatic VSS location?
Can someone please tell me the location of the vehicle speed sensor? I have error code po501 and speedometer is not working and abs light is on also. Is it inside transmission? Diff?

I believe the speedo and ABS both use the sensor that is installed somewhere near the front passenger wheel. Exactly where I am not sure. Link to the part so that you can maybe identify by inspection.

Thanks, cleaned the sensor, lights went on but later came back on so going to replace sensor.
