A4 B6 quattro 1.8T knocking noise from below
A4 B6 quattro 1.8T noise from under the car, especially when accelerating
Doesn't happen when driving cold
Starts happening after driving at high speed ~120kmh for some time (like 50km or so)

Really hard to tell from the video. I think the only way is to take to a VW / Audi specialty shop and have them lift the car and look things over. Things underneath that part of the car that come to mind are tranny mounts and downpipe.
