Default A4 Tie rod help

I can not insert it because the indentation of the red mark will not lie down. What should I do now?

Look at the end where the small retaining bolt goes. There is a hex socket. Find the hex driver that fits and use it to turn the ball joint until the flat area is where you need it.

I should be more clear; take that screw out, then you'll see the six-sided socket for the hex driver. Put the Allen key or straight hex driver (might be a 10mm) and use it to rotate the stud until the notch allows you to fit the clamping bolt (the other, larger one with a unique head).

Thank you. I understand. But the hexagon stuck firmly and did not turn. Defective item

A brand-new tie-rod end will usually have a stuck ball joint, which just requires a strong twist to move it the first time. Try again before getting a new one.
