Alarm Problem~~

Hey Guys. Today after I drove from work, I tried to lock my car with remote.

The alarm was not working.

It still locked my car, but did not make BEEP sound.

Does anybody have the same problem?

Is there anyway I can fix this by myself, or do I have to go to Audi Shop???

doors locking but no beep might mean a door is not closed fully

Had the same problem after my car was serviced at the dealer. The dealer has to reset it for you. It took them 45 minutes to figure it out..

I know that, but judging from past experiences, if a window motor goes bad, the alarm will not...

work because the car thinks there is still a door unlocked. The module on each door that controls the window motor also controls the locks. It happened to me where it went bad, hence, no alarm beep.
