It's only one slice of the pie, but it is a slice. I was trying to infer that other states' governments live radically outside their means. Can't speak for most other metroplex cities, but the City of Dallas' governing is a joke....but not a funny one. I've only lived here 3 yrs & caught on to their ineptness quickly.
