light depends on model
for the city light, there are two variations
* H6W is a mini-halogen variant that is paired with HID's
* W5W is a standard bulb meant that is shipped stock on the halogen variant
They both fit and will work in either housing, the only difference being that the H6W is supposed to be a little brighter/whiter to match the HID's.
In terms of suppliers, there are a number of Euro outfits that will ship them to you, I used powerbulbs.com before, shipped from the UK, cheap, and only took less than a week to arrive.
EPimporters.com also has a few different W5W and H6W bulbs they can ship you. I just ordered a fresh set of H6W's from them yesterday, one of mine went out. They are the only U.S. shop I know that carries them, I'm sure there are others though.

The City Light Bulb is situated just below the HB and comes on instead of parking lights...

EPi is having a sale on all E-Codes, so it may be better then a GB.

Sorry,.. missed that "#" after your question. My bad.
I am using Philips Vision Plus for LB and Osram Silver Star for HB. Silver Star has silver tip. Less noticeable. They are both very good H7 bulbs.
