We at APR have gone back to pull out all the stops to bring you the most powerful..smooth software for you B6 A4.
We offer this in 2 forms.
Stg 1 - is software only .....215hp
Stg 1+ - (adds our injectors)...235hp

Is APR now admitting that Garret was right when they said you could get 215 HP from the stock injectors?
Also, how are you able to reach 235 on the K03 sport (I'm not asking for secrets here, just basics) when most tuners are getting 235HP out of the k04?
I'm all for it, I just want to know what's going on here before I finally break down and do the chip upgrade. If this is what I'll be getting from APR for half the price of a K04 setup, I'll be pulling up at J3 motorsports in Atlanta within the next few weeks.

Those are crazy numbers.. KO4 numbers.. Any company Dyno graphs that you are allowed to distribute
Have you increased the injector size? If so how will it work with current 1+ owners.
If at all possible could you give a briefing about the upraded software and some of the thought behind the impressive 1+ numbers?
I think everyone is interested to hear more..

Will you be offering this upgrade for free or at a discount to those who bought the earlier software
for the B6 1.8t? I've been very happy with your chip so far, and would like to upgrade. Thanks.

A few answer-
First we decided after several years of testing that running at certain conditions did not have any long term negative effects. Were we overly cautious..possibly...but thats the route we took. I dont really want to turn this into a who was right and who was wrong. Like the saying goes....hindsight is 20/20.. : )
In regards to the power...our tuning guys started from scratch on this. They were allowed to completely rewrite the code. This allowed them to use many tools and items that were not used before. I cant go into specifics but we are pleased with the results.
