APR stage 1+ by itself, NO DMIC or exhaust

APR 1+ shouldn't have any problem passing CA smog test. You may fail the visual test if you have a non-stock looking HFC.
Just a couple weeks ago my Audi passed the bi-annual smog test. It has a APR 1+, tt225 injectors and black FMIC, and the tech didn't say anything. It ran very clean, as usual. Technically the FMIC is CARB legal, but some techs may question it.

I have a 2005 B6 A4 1.8t S line and i was going to get the APR stage 1+, FMIC, inlet and throttle body hoses, And exhaust. I didnt have any fear until i stumbled on this forum... Im going to have trouble because my A4's........ Tiptronic? ;'( also the A4's got 80k miles, do i need to do the timing belt?

You should be fine.
You should change your Timing Belt/Water pump before you do anything else. Audi reduced the replacement interval from 105k to 75k, because many premature failures.
Tiptronics do just fine with Stage 1+, as many here will attest.
