APR Stage 1+ Tiptronic '02
I'm seriously considering ordering this upgrade. They don't have a distributor in my area, so I would have to send in my ECU and put in the injectors myself. Is there anybody out there that has done this? Is it easy? Anything I should be aware of before I make this decision to go ahead and buy? I have an Silver 1.8 Tiptronic with Sports Package build date 3/02.

I removed the ECU over the weekend...
It's very straightforward - just follow the PDF instructions APR supplies on their Web site. The hardest part for me was pulling off the driver's side WW arm. Also, when you groove the security bolts, make sure you make the grooves a decent depth... and as the APR instructions say, get someone to hold the ECU while you unscrew these.
I went with the Stage I, so I can't comment on the injectors.
