my alternator was replaced at no charge, but then when i went to pick up the car, the SA asked me if my "sound system" puts a drain on the car. mind you, all have is a small 2ch. amp and a single 10" sub. i don't play the music loud all the time, and def don't play it without the car being on. he gave me a funny look and told me to have a nice day. luckily they didn't void my warranty because of that and replaced it anyway, esp since they've replaced the battery once already.

see above. I couldnt get a hold of a new BBK so they replaced with OEM.
