Auto leveling Xenons
Does anyone know how the auto-leveling Xenons work on an A4?
Can a the non Xenon light assembly on a 2002 A4 be replaced with a Xenon assembly? Will the auto-leveling feature work or is there more to it?
TIA

You're right, it's linked to the suspension. And I guess everything is do-able, you just need enough
money.
It will be very expensive to install auto-leveling xenons on a car with the halogens.

Actually, I dont think so. I was thinking the same thing before and found this..
I found this PDF from the Valeo website. Seems like everything is built into the headlamps now including the leveling sensors.
I'd love to find someone with xennons and do a little testing. It would be really cool if we could just get the factory xennons and just "plug and play" since all the guts (ballasts, level sensors) would be built in.

PDF file from Valeo
