Awesome Service from Rusnak
(Rusnak, Thousand Oaks) I just took my baby in for its first 5k service and I must say I was totally impressed with the level of service and respect I got. I normally don't boast to much about dealership service but this definitely stood out so I must share.
Just needed 5k service and to check out a few things I was concerned about. The service manager took me right in explained what they were going to do. He said they would go ahead and speed adjust the wheels to 75mph (normally not done yet) and take care of everything else. He even offered that they have a partnership with a local detailing/tinting place to have all of my windows done however I wanted for $160 (which I was going to get done elsewhere anyway). Next they had a rental place right inside the attached Porche dealership and took care of getting me my exact car as a rental. I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes for it before I was on my way back to the office.
Today is what amazed me. I had a call first thing at work saying everything was done. I drove down and the enterprise guy was waiting for me and knew my name. My service manager was also outside and greeted me at the door and explained everything. By the time I signed the warrantee paperwork and paid for the tint they already had my car waiting for me all nice and detailed, door open, and thanking me for bringing my car into service. I was on my way back to work in my newly tinted, clean, serviced A4 running like a champ.
The thing that impressed me the most was the level of personal service and respect I received. I guess I've been so used to other car companys that I had no idea this is what your service experience SHOULD BE.
