I test drove both cars, the S4 is much, much stiffer. Too stif for Southwestern Indiana's roads.
The S4 cornered a little better on my test drive, but I couldn't take the jittery, jarring ride of the S4 on our crappy roads. Oh, and the brakes work on the S4!
