Baby got new shoes
Wild man that I am, I got 13500mi out of the stock Dunlop SP9090's. Replaced with Bridgestone SO-2 Potenza from tirerack.com (best prices, I shopped hard!). Works out to 5 cents per mile. Ouch. I hope to get better mileage now that I have learned how to drive correctly. I also plan to invest in 6 new wheels and Hoosier slicks for autocross.

That sounds about right :)
I got just over 13k out of my stock SP8000s, but it was really the day over at little talladega that finished mine off. 200 track miles is rough on tires, but it was one hell of a day 
I went with the S-03s though instead.
Are you going to be at this week's autocross 02A4inATL? I'm actually going to bring the A4 this week instead of the RX-7 that keeps dying on me. Got a major fuel project going on with it this weekend and probably some new carbs next.
If you are going, you planning on morning or afternoon session? I'm stuck in the afternoon.
