Default Best Dealers/Service in SF Bay Area?

Anyone have a favorite dealer for service in the San Francisco Bay Area? I know the exact specs on the A4 I want, and any dealer can get it and sell it to me, so I figured I'd go through the one with the best service and maintenance department. Any thoughts? Thanks much./

Default bought from Stevens Creek, did 10k at Rector, did 20k at Diablo

of the two, I think I prefer Rector. The service department there deals only with higher end cars. They do have quite a production line feel though, and it's pretty crowded inside. I didn't get a rental from them, but they did spring for a cab ride to my nearby office.

Diablo was much less hurried and crowded, however the service department there deals with everything from Fords to Audis. No rental from them either, but a shuttle driver took me to work.

I had heard good things about both, I wanted to try both. One thing to note however, I would say about 98% of the people I surveyed at KK meets say they won't go anywhere but Rector.

I have been talking to the service writer at Livermore Audi who is very enthusiastic about converting me to their department. My buddy takes his there and always get a loaner.

Take it to any Audi dealer. AOA will reimburse them for warranty-related work

Default What about Stevens Creek?

So what's the concensus regarding Stevens Creek? Good, bad, ugly? From where I live, it's the closest to me.

Default Avoid AB and Carlsens. Hector is a good guy. Came out to chat with me..

while I waited for my service rep Kevin Johnson. Hector and another mechanic asked me about the B6 and if I liked it more. I told them that I also had a B5 and the B6 was a totally refined car. I told that I went with APR chip and they asked me how I liked it. Also I told them how it felt versus Neuspeed and GIAC and they were very cool. Kevin came out a few minutes later, fixed my minor problem and I was out of there within minutes...
