Default Blitzsafe is now shipping XM adapters for our Symphony II's!!

I just called and placed an order and expect to have the adapter here in a couple days. This unit is to convert the Pioneer IP Bus output to our Audi Symphony II (with 6 disc in dash changer).
Part No. AUDIXMDMXPIO1

Hope to install it this weekend. Will post updates.

Didn't ask for Sirius, but just go to Blitzsafe.com to get their number and call.

Default So you still use the Pioneer XM remote display and the IP Bus is just used for audio (more)

Unlike real Pioneer head units, which use the IP Bus for both controlling the stations and seeing song titles, etc. as well as transferring the audio.

Default Called them, and spoke with a guy who said..(more)

That the adapter is out, but I already have the adittional glovebox mounted CD changer as well. He stated that the adapter would require me to remove/unplug the CD changed..but after talking with him for awhile, he said he was going to work on possibly creating a seperate toggle along with the adapter so that you can use the Pioneer along with the adittional changer..just have to switch an extral toggle between the two. He said for me to call back in a couple of weeks to give him time to work on it in their test bed..I'll let you know what I hear back.

Default yes, as far as I know you still use the control unit..

that came with the Pioneer tuner. IP Bus adapter is just for audio. However thats all I expeceted, but if after I get it installed and all the controls work, than damn thats pretty cool.

Price is $88 plus shipping. I'm sure the unit price will come down later, but I want that adapter.
