Bluetooth Module Help
Hello Friends,
I have a slight problem, hoping you smart people can provide some insight:
I recently purchased a Bluetooth module for my 2004 S4 Avant (car has Onstar/Audi Telematics). I don't have RNS-E but I do have the Multi Function Steering Wheel. Apparently I think I need a few extra parts which are listed below. Have you guys done a install like this? Where can i find the Vag-Com codes for after the install? The install guide's links to the codes is a dead link.
Anyone have the manual for the MFSW, or what some of the voice commands are? I know there is "Busy" or "Answer" anything else?
Part I bought:
8P0-862-335-T
Parts I think I still need:
Antennae = $17.38 part#8P0-035-503-E
54 pin plug = $7.38 part#4E0-972-144

RS4bro, yes i did get it installed - i paid audi to do it but i had no problem at all - I still don't have RNS-e but honestly i don't need it. I'm able to control my phone from the steering wheel and through voice commands. i love the setup and never want to go back. Lemmie know if u have any questions

That is great! I have a few questions:
- My RS4 came with every option but the BT. It seems that the person who order the car did not want that option (crazy!). I have the Audi RNS-e so do I just need the items listed below and someone with a VAG-com codes?
- If you don't mind me asking, how much did your dealership charge you? I want to use this a comparison price. Pls PM me if you want to keep this private.
- Did you need any other parts other than what was listed to get this working in your car?
