Can someone with a 2003 A4 do me a favour? Please check your fuse panel and ...

...tell me how many amps fuse #37 is?

My fuse #37 (pictured below - Intelligent Electronic Module) is 20 amps. But someone said that there is a TSB stating that fuse #37 should be swapped for a 25 amp fuse before delivery. Can anyone confirm this?

What exactly does the IEM for? I have 20amp also..

One of the electronic component it controls is the windshield washer pump.

That's all I know about it though.

so if we have the 20amp fuse, are we weak on washer fluid power?

It says 20amps ont he fuse panel, but if we did upgrade to 25amps.. would that change anything?

I had the washer fuse blow today. I have a 2003 A4 1.8T. The fuse was a 25A not a 20A. I suspect the fuse blew because of the air temp was 12 degrees and I had my headlights on so the headlight washer came on along with the window washer for a brief moment before the fuse blew. There is a TSB regarding increasing the amperage of the fuse. However, under some conditions the 25 amp fuse can also blow.
