A4 B6 1.8T quattro

Hi, i'm new to the forum and came upon a wierd problem with my audi.
It all started with long cranking, car cranked for about 10 seconds before fireing up, once it started turned the car off and started again, fired up right away. But left the car stand for about 10 minutes and again cranked for about 10 sec to get the car going. When i tried cranking for few seconds turned the ignition off and tried again fired right up, started thinking maybe problem is with the fuel pump, losing fuel pressure when car is off, but it gets more interesting yesterday morning went to start the car and it didn't even start to crank, turned the key and nothing, jump wired with another car and nothing. Connected a computer ran diagnostic with vcds engine had one fault code

16395 -​​​​ Bank 1: Camshaft A (Intake): Retard Setpoint not Reached (Over-Advanced)P0011 - 002 - Lower Limit Exceeded - Intermittent

Hoped to get some help here before taking it to the shop.

Oh and car is 2004 audi A4 B6 1.8T Quattro, 5 speed manual

Are you getting a click from the solenoid when tuning the key?

No sound at all when i turn the key, the ignition comes on, all the light on dash will come up but no click when i try to start the car
