Default Chip-Friendly Dealer in San Diego?

I have a '98 A4 1.8T Quattro with an MTM Stage I chip and a 7yr/100k extended service contract from Chrysler. As of today, the car feels like it has no turbo - either it is blown, or something is loose, I'm clueless. Anyway, I wanted some advice about what dealer to take it into to do the 3rd party warranty work without too much complaining about chips...

TIA!

Jose
