chrome-package in America?

chrome-package in America?
When i see all the pics of american A4 and Avant, almost nobody has the chrome-package round the window or a chrome-rail ?!?!
Isn't chrome "IN" in America? In Europe, nearly everybody takes the chrome-package.

Get the facts straight. There is no chrome package here.
1.8T comes without the trim
3.0 comes with it
I'm speaking about the trim around the windows. Both cars have the trim on the front bumper. Anyways, most of us do like it but for the 1.8T the mod is supposedly harder to do than its worth.
If the chrome package was available around the windows I would take it, but sadly, here at least (I'm not sure about Europe) it's not.

in europe you can get it for all modells ........
....and costs about $ 200,-- and is called "brightness-package" (i mean the "chrome" round the windows).
It is standard at the top-models, but there you can order the black one without costs.
Avant: the black rail is standard, but you can order the blank one without costs.

It would of been standard on my 1.8T but I got the dealer to order it with black window trims. I think they look better. Tomorrow 11 am im going to pick up my new car!
