Default coil pack failure question

Has anybody change a coil pack before and how difficult is it to do. I rather at this point change it myself than pay the dealer big bucks and pay a towing bill. (out of warrenty).

02 1.8T front trak
bose
sport
cold etc....

Default Re: coil pack failure question

Did it this weekend on my 3.0 V6 as one failed on Friday night. 3.0 is going to be a bit different to the 1.8T, but I'd guess easy if you take your time.

Default Your car is on the back of a flatbed

and you're waving goodbye as the broken POS is towed away. . .
