If you mean the same overall design, yes, otherwise, no, it's new parts.

Fronts are very similar, however slightly different.

Rears are completely different.

Are you saying B6 sport suspension same as B6 S4? I don't think so.

Default somebody pulled the parts numbers for the suspensions on the b6 s4 forum and they were the same
numbers, iirc

Also, it depends on what version of the B5 you're talking about. The Frontrak models had a beam axle in the rear vs the independant setup used by the quattro models. The independant rears used a combined spring and shock setup. The B6 has separate shocks and springs in the rear for all models (Q and non-Q).

Default although for whatever reason the a4 sport package seems to be lower than the s4
perhaps different shocks

i don't recall if those were the same or not
