Default Well, the Bose system uses line level outs, it seems, so in a sense, it does... Not sure if it (more

would help your situation. AggregatVier was describing to me in another post about using the output from the stock amp for the "subwoofer" in the back to add a mono amp and aftermarket sub.

Default It doesn't have pre-outs as in a classical manner as would

say an Alpine head unit that you would put RCA's into!

Default Actually, there have been past threads about people getting RCA line outs out of the head unit using

the Bose outputs... I think they were successful.

Default Ok, here goes....

I have (from previous projects) a Rockford amp 200 watt and a JL Audio 8" sub with enclosure. I want to put them in my trunk, but I wouldn't know how to wire them. I don't have Bose, just the standard system.

Default No, by using the line level Bose output - not speaker to line level adapters. (more)

Do a search... There's some confusing threads thrown in, but some good information about it.
