First Audi, help!

Picked this up today. I haven’t gotten it home yet. Wondering if anyone can help me with what wires these Are and why this bolt is just floating in the hole.

That is someones hack job. Looks like they are trying to ground it, but that's the wrong location and believe that bolt is one of the head bolts. Surprised it runs.

See where the ground is supposed to go in this thread:

It doesn’t run yet. Only turns over. Bought for 500$. Fuel pump relay is blown. Guy didn’t know what was wrong with it. I just started looking into it. Bought with the intent on fixing what I had to

I suspect you have way more problems than fuel pump and grounding the coil packs.
