Good news is I have the day off now so I can wash the car. w0000!! .....one handed.

Sounds like an indoor soccer injury. I saw the same about a year ago.

Default not too far off really. Basketball. Running and jumping to block a shot at the baseline. tripped in
mid air then head first into the wall, then shoulder and head into the floor. I got owned for a few minutes.
