Going thru withdrawals! =D
Car has been in the body shop since last Sunday the 26th. Been driving around in a '06 Dodge Charger. Not bad at all. But miss driving my car!
For those who don't know, a few months ago someone hit my car overnight and creased in the rear left door. Nothing too serious. You couldn't really tell unless you paid attention, just the angle it was hit at made it less inconspicuous. But enough to bother me.
New door shell was put on, painted, and the drivers door and rear left quarter was blended, which he also took care of all the misc scratches =D He said he'd take care of the scratches and other details on the rear bumper (a bunch, courtesy of Boston drivers).
He also does exhaust work on the side after hours, which he has done many for the C5 A6 New England folks. From what he told me, he removed the entire system, cut off the old hangers the exhaust shop used, welded stock ones on (from a stock A4 exhaust he had sitting in the back), polished up the system and got the tips to sit perfectly in the cutouts. I had originally asked him to put the Vibrant 1304s I had back on but he said he got the 4" Magnaflows to fit and sit perfectly and said it looks very sharp. I trust his judgment, he's put a lot of exhaust systems on with HIGH praises from each customer.
Picking it up around 2:30 today, can't wait!!
Other good news, tensioner arrived from Germany last week but due to being at the shop, taking it in on Monday. And the Audi regional rep approved new headlights for my car (from condensation)!!

Thanks! I did win at the casino the other night! ;-) I will let you know, going
in on Monday to get all that stuff addressed. My adviser ordered the headlights this morning after I sent him a picture of the fogged headlights. The regional rep wanted picture evidence to go with the warranty claim. Thank god I had one on my cell phone.
