Default How about pay it and take is as a lesson learned.

Anything else, and you are on the moral slippery slope of nothing ever being your fault. Personal responsiblity can be a liberating thing.

Default Always go to court

Not to "get out of it", but certainly you will likely get it reduced to a lesser penalty and save a few bucks in the process. I got a ticket a few months ago with a $250 face value and ended up paying $50, although i couldn't get the points reduced, which is by far the bigger deal.

Still, I would go to court. Dress nicely, be polite, don't be defensive and simply state your case that you don't believe that you were going as fast as you were clocked at, and that you were just moving with the flow of traffic. If Florida is anything like Connecticut, you won't ever see the judge, you'll just meet with a "prosecutor" and work out a deal. It's a huge pain in the *** and will likely cost you several hours of your life, but you will most likely save some cash.

Default Traffic School

I'm not sure about the 3 times your whole life, and I know that you said you took it once already. All I know is that you cannot take it if you have taken it in the previous 12 months. I personally would do that just because of the fact that you recieve no points and it is not reported to your insurance. Also, I've personally never been let out of anything when I've gone to court.
