headlight problem!! help needed

my passenger headlight went out so i decided to get ecodes the drivers side is fine and lights up but the passenger side low beams wont light up. the city lights and signals work but the low beam on the passenger side wont light up.

Try swapping ballasts to determine if the problem lies with the ballast or the hid bulb.

Check for voltage at the harness connector for the headlight, from the yellow/white wire to ..

the brown ground wire. If there is no voltage, (with the headlight connector unplugged from the headlight,) then the wiring from the Central Electric Control Module to the headlight is open circuit, the ground connection from the harness plug to the body is faulty, or the CECM is bad.
