HELP!!! Foglights issue
I have a 2003 1.8L A4. The fog lights won't come on.
I have run VAG-COM and I am getting a
01800 - Light Switch (E1)
27-00 - Implausible Signal
So I ordered a headlight switch but I accidentally ordered the wrong one. I ordered the switch without auto headlights. When I installed the switch the fog lights worked but the park light would not turn off when switch and ignition where turned off.
Since then I have ordered the correct headlight switch and installed it and once again no fog lights. I have run the measuring block in VAG-COM and it indicated the switch is working. I have also run an output test and the fog lights turn on during the test.
Has anyone had this issue and if so could you point me in the right direction. This is getting pretty frustration.
