Default some pads will compress less than others resulting in a slightly firmer feel
and keeping the feel consistant as they heat up. Some of the hawks go soft quick. The Ferrodo Ds2500 was probably the best feel overall, but slightly dusty for daily driving. The Carbotech bobcat was a in between setup. Good consistant feel, slightly more compressible than the ds2500 but very low dust.
