How do I replace the front door speakers? (2002 A4)

I searched and surprisingly turned up nothing on this subject, but how do I replace the front door speakers?

I was able to remove the trim and some screws, but nothing budges.

On this note, how do I go about replacing the rear speakers?

do you mean you removed the whole inner door trim?

<center><img src="http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/x1rider/door13.jpg"></center><p>as far as I know, you have to remove the inner door trim to unscrew and disconnect the speakers (I might be wrong).

I haven't done that yet. Do I pry it off once the 6 screws are out?

Let's see if I remember this correctly...

Pop off the plastic cover by the armrest and remove the 2 screws under it.

Unsnap and pull off the door trim.

Remove the screws underneath the trim.

Remove the screw (only one I think) at the bottom of the door.

Pull off the trim at the top, by the window.

Detach the door handle cable, and you should be able to remove the inner door lining.

Then you can unplug the speaker, unscrew and remove it.
