How many owners have chipped there 1.8T CVT???
If so, how long have you had it in your car? Besides Neuspeed, are there any other chip companies for our car? Also, I haven't checked, but has ANYONE produced an exhaust for our car????

Yes, there are other chip makers (GIAC, etc.).

I thought someone had contacted GIAC and they said they had one with reduced torque for CVT. (more)
If they don't, they're pretty good about doing custom stuff like that.
I thought since he mentioned Neuspeed's chip, was talking about just 1.8T chips in general - not specific to the CVT. I don't think Neuspeed has one for the CVT...

Re: Well, based on my 8 month's of research and frustration ....
I've contacted GIAC and they do not have a program yet. Neuspeed and MTM have a chip that's been on the market for several months. I was wondering if anyone had updates on performance in there car and if any problems persisted. I only know of 2 people that have chipped the CVT on this board. ABS said they would have something back in Nov, but it's still in (development) as all the tuners per say.
