Finally, can somebody explain it straight?
Is there a dyno that supports Upsolute's claim of 215HP? Is it true that it is only a narrow peak on the powerband?
Is there some truth or not to the APR 's claim or insufficient fuel delivery to go beyond 195HP or so?
