I love how two different dealers for the exact same car can treat you so differently...
Just got my car back from Fairfield Audi, where it went for its 50K service (the last warranty checkup I suppose). Soooo much more professional than the usual runaround at New Country Audi in Greenwich, CT... not even funny!
Case in point: took my car to the aforementioned New Country dealership a couple months ago for something (don't remember what) and asked them to fix my cargo strap in the trunk of the avant, whose connector had snapped in half so it couldn't be hooked anymore. Not ONLY did they not do it, they gave me a really, really hard time about how "it's not meant to hold heavy objects" and it's my fault that it was broken so they wouldn't fix it under warranty... not to mention it's like $70 to replace! They had sooo much attitude to give me over such a stupid piece, that was soo obviously a warranty repair.
Fairfield Audi, on the other hand, replaced the whole strap without a single question - and they did it right. It's the little things like that that keep me going back to a dealership, even when I have to drive straight past certain *other* dealerships to get there.
Course, this is probably my last dealership service for a while anyway...
