Default in my recent extensive research, techs have noted MANY STOCK OILED have fouled MAF's.

$50 dollars for a filter that has proven no more effective than the stock paper from Audi, yet also is known to foul a $200+ part.

The value just doesnt match up

The only way I can see is if someone puts TOO MUCH oil on the filter after cleaning.

Default it doesnt matter how YOU see it, my friend, the fact is there, they blow MAF's in 10K miles.....

do a search before arguing.

you should acknowledge that it is possible for the original K&N straight out of packaging to have enough oil to foul a MAF.....but whatever, it was just a warning. If you want to sit here and defend them as if you have STOCK in the company, go ahead, it's your car. and your engine. and your MAF.

Default Interesting considering that I have had mine on for 30K with NO PROBLEMS!!!! Yup, MAF IS FINE!

You do a little more research on the matter....I don't get how you can sit here and argue with me about this when you DONT even have one? I don't have stock in the company nor do I care what you or anyone else cares about the filter. I just don't like the fact that you are telling someone not to buy my car because it has a K&N filter on it. Especially since you dont even have first hand knowledge of it.
