let's say E Code ones, could I swap the bulbs and ballasts from my bi xenons?

regular Xenon housings are not e-codes. they're US specs.

I got me Bixenons all in check now. The patttern is much brighter now that I have everything aligned. I actually aimed it up just a bit so it goes further down the road. It now seems to me to be much better than when I first had it setit up. Certainly better than regular stock xenons due to the cut off whic allows more light down the road straight ahead and to the right. It seems the stock xenons dont due this as much.

I'm apprehensive about droppin 5-7 bills. but I know I've got some mad support. I can barely spell ballast let alone swap one. and what's a ds1 vs ds2? I gotta take a class.
