Default 18k is alot of miles. a modified car increases chances of problems in my book.

the xenon and USP can be fixed easily: just get ecodes and USP kit, or even an aftermarket kit...there are plenty of kits being sold on audizine.

the fundamental reliability of a car far surpasses the minor gains in visual appeal.

yeah i like the usp front a lot.... you shouldn't have sold that zender lip too!

I'd go with #1 and add parts as you get the money to do so.

#1 sounds like it is in better shape, a big plus for a used car.

Default I wouldn't give 2 a second thought. get the car that has a less questionable history!

Even if you have to pay to modify it to your liking, you may be paying a hell of lot less than to repair whatever some street jockey did to the second car!
