Injector problem?

Injector problem?
So, ive got a b6 1.9 tdi awx, and the car is misfiring really bad, it has no power and shakes violently, but that is only after the car warms up a little, when i turn it on it works fine for like 2-3 minutes, now, ive changed the injector instalation, on the old cable cylinder 3 was not working, now on the new cable cylinder 2 is not working, where to got after this and what to check?
