Did you have a "shutter" in the driveline at 3K from the get-go? I don't seem to have that with 1+

Yes, I had the shutter with stage 1 as well.

Default Clutch feels find. The engagement point is on the positive side of halfway.
The only issue I've ever had stemming from the chip was some hestiation on hard throttle in third and fourth gear. That problem was thankfully solved last year when I reflashed the ECU with the V2 update.
