Issues with driver's side window rolling down
I've been searching the forum for info on issues with the windows rolling down. Most posts seem to be related to faulty regulators or broken clips, but that is usually identified by the window going down but not coming back up.
Here's what's up with mine... Had some relatively cold weather here in Vancity - below freezing for several days. I try to roll down the window on Monday to scan my pass to get into my garage at work and the window makes a snap crackle pop sound as it rolls down. It's now above freezing, but the window is still stuggling to roll down (thought it might be some moisture frozen in the door interupting the movement).
On the way up, it's fine. But now if I roll it down, you can hear the motor fighting resistance in the door about every 3 inches of window travel on the way down.
I'm about to pull the door panel off to have a look, but wondering if anyone else has had this issue and might help identify a fix.

Try window regulator...
