A friends 02' 1.8T deveolped a collant leak and of course I got involved to help her out with a shop to service her newly purchased Audi. Well, a week ago and $1,100 dollars later, New WP,TB and all the goodies, she calls today and tells me the leak is still there, not as bad but there... What do you think?? Where to look next?? As I am told, the drop of coolant on the floor is about two feet back from the front bumper and just off centerline to the right.

Check the coolant flange.

Yup. Common problem on these cars. I had mine replaced at about 70K.

If so, where is it located on the engine?
